v www.ucas.com This website will give you information about every course available in British universities. It has links to all universities, all departments and admissions departments and email connections which allow direct contact with subject officers.

v www.thetimes.co.uk Go to this website to look at comparisons of universities, both in terms of overall performance and place in league tables of a given university (see notes on The Good University Guide below) and in terms of the performance of individual departments linked to specific courses.

v An excellent website for finding out about funding for EU students is the following. It gives email and telephone numbers and puts you in touch with the government team responsible for organizing student financial support and connected rights and qualification status: EUTeam@dfes.gsi.gov.uk This will be helpful in explaining payments for fees.
